As much as I’d like to continue being optimistic about this game, I just don’t have it in me anymore. You’re spot on with everything, the only foreseeable change I see to the above is that PVP Buff servers are only a problem during early morning/afternoon (EST). With the influx of Buy to Play players, all campaigns are pop-locked by about 8pm EST,…[Read more]

Seen a couple of familiar faces last night in Guild, very happy to see that people are starting to return!
The biggest issue with PVP at the moment is the horrendous lag and buff servers. Now that it’s free to play, a lot of the buff servers are slowly becoming populated again, that just leaves the terrible latency.PVE is damn good, they’ve…[Read more]

No more forward camps btw, it’s got that beta feeling again.
No more turtle shell for the oil pots though, due to oil needing a 6m drop before damage occurs.I’ll continue posting the major PVP changes as they roll out into implementation.

Just saw that Hijinx thread from a while ago… lol. Now I see what you meant. My bad!
I’m still playing quite actively and being optimistic about DR coming back to ESO. In the meantime, I’ve been playing with a small group of about 10-15 players, all quite skilled and active. I’ve put a message in the Guild message of the day to message me…[Read more]

Also, missing you guys in the ESO realms 🙁I tried giving it a shot, I really did.
1) The population seemed empty, very empty
2) High end-zones for grouping were bare (no players)
3) PVP was polarized — each faction had its own buff server, and that was the extent of PVP
4) Ok they changed the skills — I spent a few moments relearning the toon, but very quickly found it was all about…[Read more]As much as I’d like to continue being optimistic about this game, I just don’t have it in me anymore. Just hang out with us in TS3, at least you’ll have a group of folks to fall back on 🙂 We’ve been having a blast in a few non-mmo (and MMO) games. We’re trying to steer towards games we’re all interested in or would have fun playing.
This is the greatest example of how mismanagement can kill a game, no matter how popular or loved it is.
Honestly I love the Elder Scrolls games and had high hopes and expectations of ESO. It lived up to nearly every expectation except one: Administration. When it came to cheats, hacks, exploits, my expectations were dashed, and as a result the…[Read more]
Hey Observant, not sure if you’ve checked it out, but we’re playing Ark: Survival Evolved now. Very much like ESO, except dinos and dragons :). You have no powers but you can tame dinos, ride them, even the flying dinos.
We have our own PVP server atm but I’m not sure how long. Right now we have just opened to the public, but to be honest, if…[Read more]

The new patch has made a lot of PVP game-play a joke, people are literally evaporating from full health.
There are a lot of nice visual updates though… -.-I’ll be PVE levelling my templar until next weeks patch to fix this patch (makes you wonder if they even test their coding before implementation eh?)
I still PVP a bit at night with Umbra…[Read more]

I’ve decided to join a small guild of about 30 members on a mumble server, great players. I might be able to get a merge down the road (These guys roll like the Alpha squad) & I had no idea about Hijinx I only joined because I seen Mighterknot and remembered him from before my 1 month hiatus… my bad!
If you guys play on Dawnbreaker or want to…[Read more]

Well if we’re just going to roll over and let drama win (it’s fairly easy to ignore imo) I’m going to go roll with Hijinx until faction management can grab this bull by the horns as I still like ESO PVP, I’m telling you Dawnbreaker is worth a try it’s just like the old days.

I find 3 & 4 hard to believe. Those who grinded and didn’t go through the story line should make a new character, there’s more dialogue in this than most MMORPG’s. I think 1 & 2 were caused by the poor decision to move to (and maintain) Chrysamere.
I’m playing Dawnbreaker and it’s a real back and forth battle. I suggest we move campaigns, boot…[Read more]

I feel we should just stop caring what the pugs think, clearly it’s like talking to a brick wall.
They are what we call “civilians” in the US Army; chaotic, irrational, unpredictable, and the perfect cocktail for finding yourself dead or with a heart attack.
In all seriousness, most of those that are left in this game are like this. They are either farmers trying to show everyone how they too are farmers to neutralize opposition, and there…[Read more]

Currently looking into how to get a decent stream with .7MBPS upload, then I’ll be actively streaming again. If not, I’ll be recording and making some promo videos.
