Have my files been deleted?
No. This is a service suspension, not a termination. A service suspension means we save the files and fully expect our client to resolve the issue that caused the suspension. A service termination happens after cancellation, severe delinquency, or for willful violations of the terms of service in most cases.
How do I get rid of this page?
Check your email. We will notify you to why we suspended your account. If it is a billing matter, simply pay your bill and your service will resume within a few hours. If a hacker has compromised your account, we may be waiting on your permission to secure your account and remove the compromised materials. Sometimes our emails will go to your spam folder, so be sure to check there.
